Privacy
Otzaro marketing site privacy notice.
This page explains the launch-stage handling of business contact information submitted through the public site. It is intentionally concise and focused on the current marketing launch scope.
What we collect
Otzaro may collect business contact details such as name, work email, practice name, and request context when you contact the company through the marketing site or direct email.
How we use it
We use that information to respond to inquiries, evaluate demo fit, communicate about the platform, and improve launch-stage marketing operations.
Current launch boundaries
The marketing site is not intended for protected patient data or clinical workflow handling. Please do not submit sensitive health, treatment, or patient-identifiable information through public contact channels.
HIPAA and healthcare compliance
Aesthetic medicine practices operate in a healthcare-regulated environment, and buyers often ask how Otzaro relates to HIPAA.
The Otzaro marketing site does not collect, process, or store protected health information (PHI). The public contact and demo request flow is limited to business qualification details — practice name, role, operational context, and contact information.
The Otzaro platform is built for operational and inventory workflows within aesthetic medicine practices. Where the product connects to patient visit activity, data practices, business associate agreement (BAA) requirements, and compliance scoping are handled directly during the evaluation process rather than through generic public claims.
If your evaluation requires a compliance or BAA conversation, email info@otzaro.com or use the demo request path and we will handle it in that context.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only as needed to operate the launch contact and follow-up process. Otzaro retains launch-stage inquiry information only for business operations, relationship follow-up, and reasonable recordkeeping needs.
